SPRING SUBSCRIPTIONS:  Fresh Cut Tulips

Starting in May 2021, three consecutive weeks of spring flowers!  You will receive different kinds of tulips each week, from classic varieties to specialty tulips.  Choose between two sizes:

• Standard (6 stems)-- 3 bouquets for $27 + tax

• Premium (12 stems)-- 3 bouquets for $48 + tax

Free Pick-up: Saturday mornings at the Sparta Farmers' Market in Mueller Square on Water St. between 8:00am-noon.

Delivery Add-on Option:  

• Add $10 total for three weeks of porch-side delivery within Norwalk or Sparta, WI city limits.  

• Add $15 total for three weeks of porch-side delivery out of town, but within 5 miles of Norwalk or Sparta, WI.

 

All subscription bouquets are wrapped in kraft paper 

and come with flower food and instructions for optimal vase life.

Add a vase and gift message for $5.

SUMMER SUBSCRIPTIONS:  Mixed Market Bouquets  

Running from approximately the first week in July through the end of August 2021, each bouquet is comprised of what is currently blooming and may include a mixture of sunflowers, lilies, zinnias, cosmos, lisianthus, and more.  Choose between every other week (4 bouquets) or every week (8 bouquets).

• Standard Size (fits nicely into a narrow mouth canning jar or small vase)

  • Every other week (4 bouquets):  $36 + tax

  • Every week (8 bouquets):  $72 + tax

• Premium Size (fits nicely into a wide mouth canning jar or large vase)

  • Every other week (4 bouquets):  $64 + tax

  • Every week (8 bouquets):  $128 + tax

Free Pick-up: Wednesday afternoons at the Sparta Farmers' Market in Mueller Square on Water St. between 3:00-6:00 pm.  Sorry, Saturday morning pick-ups of this option are sold out.

• Add $25 total for eight weeks (or $12.50 total for four weeks) for porch-side delivery within Norwalk or Sparta, WI city limits.  

• Add $40 total for eight weeks (or $20 total for four weeks) for porch-side delivery out of town, but within 5 miles of Norwalk or Sparta, WI.

TERMS OF PURCHASE:

​

PICK-UPS:  All bouquets purchased through subscriptions can be picked up Saturday mornings at the Sparta Farmers’ Market, Mueller Square, from 8:00 am- noon during our 2021 season (starting May 8, 2021).  Starting June 9, 2021, bouquets can also be picked up on Wednesday afternoons at the Sparta Farmers' Market, Mueller Square, from 3:00-6:00pm.  Some pick-up options may sell out for certain options.  Additional pick up days/locations may become available.  We will be in touch with you to coordinate.  Any bouquet not picked up at specified pick-up time/location will be returned to the farm in Norwalk, where it can be picked up by appointment.  Additionally, anyone who is unable to pick up a bouquet may send someone else to do so in their place (please let us know!) or choose to donate it to a local nursing home, in which case, it will be delivered for free.  Official subscription start/end dates will be determined by weather.  We will be in touch as the season approaches.

DELIVERY:  Delivery is available as an add-on option.  Details and prices are listed above.  Deliveries are typically made Monday mornings, Wednesday midday, and Saturday afternoons, but are subject to change.  As always, we will coordinate with you.

FOR GIFTS:  If you are giving a subscription as a gift, please let us know so we can send you a card (to be given to the recipient), explaining the gift of a flower subscription, at no extra charge.  Also, add a vase and gift message (which will be given with the first bouquet) for $5 if you wish.

PAYMENT:  To reserve your flowers, you will be invoiced for a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of your total (including taxes), at the time of purchase. You can expect to hear from us regarding payment within 24 hours of placing your order.  The remaining 50% balance will be billed the week that your subscription begins, and must be paid prior to the second pick-up (or delivery).  Any subscriptions that are not paid in full prior to the end of the second week will be cancelled.

 

START/END DATES:  Official subscription start/end dates will be determined by weather and crop maturity.  We will be in touch with you regarding specifics as we approach the season.
